Task is a runnable subroutine of an ADNNode. Tasks determine what functions devices can perform.
Each Antilatency device has several available Tasks. For example, Alt supports the Tracking task and the Property task.
If you start the Property task, you can read and write device properties.
If you start the Tracking task, the Alt starts sending optical and inertial data to an access point.
When a Task is started, a bidirectional data channel is established between the Node and the Host. Each Task has a paired Cotask started on the Host.
You cannot start two or more Tasks on one Node simultaneously. If you have started the Tracking task, you are not allowed to write properties on the device, but it's still possible to read them from the cache. Stop the previous Task before starting a new one.
